Atypique Voyages requires its clients to accept the general terms and conditions of sale below at the time of booking.
A/ BOOKINGS AND PAYMENT
1 – Payment of the deposit
A deposit of 50% of the tour price must be received by Atypique Lanka in order to confirm the booking. This deposit must be paid in one of the following ways:
- by bank transfer (transfer fees are payable by the client)
- by credit card via our online payment platform
2 – Payment of the balance
The balance of the tour must be paid 30 days before arrival.
3 – Last-minute confirmation
Any confirmation made less than 30 days before arrival must be accompanied by full payment of the tour amount.
4 – Hotel booking
A pre-booking will be made at the time of confirmation, but no hotel booking is guaranteed until the deposit has been received.
B/ PRICE VARIATIONS
The price stated in the quotation annex is fixed and cannot be revised for any other reason than:
- Cancellation of the tour by one or more persons in the group. In such case, the price will be revised based on the final number of people participating in the tour.
- Increase in government taxes without prior notice.
- Increase in the price of oil by more than 10%.
- Fluctuation in exchange rates by more than 10%.
These variations would affect reservations already confirmed.
C/ ITINERARY CHANGES AND CANCELLATION POLICY
1 – Itinerary change
Atypique Voyages may find itself required to modify an itinerary in case of force majeure (weather conditions, etc.). We will do our utmost to minimise the consequences of these changes, but Atypique Lanka cannot be held responsible for these modifications.
2 – Cancellation terms
Any cancellation must be notified to Atypique Lanka by email. The amount of the penalties will depend on the cancellation date:
SRI LANKA
- Cancellation more than 60 days before the arrival date: 15% of the tour price
- Cancellation between 60 and 31 days before the arrival date: 30% of the tour price
- Cancellation between 30 and 15 days before the arrival date: 50% of the tour price
- Cancellation between 14 and 8 days before the arrival date: 75% of the tour price
- Cancellation less than 8 days before the arrival date: 100% of the tour price
MALDIVES
- Cancellation more than 60 days before the arrival date: 15% of the tour price
- Cancellation between 60 and 41 days before the arrival date: 30% of the tour price
- Cancellation less than 41 days before the arrival date: 100% of the tour price
3 – Refunds
The refund amount processed by Atypique Lanka will be made by bank transfer within 21 days following the cancellation. International bank fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.
D/ NOTES
Attention: in order to be able to land in Sri Lankan territory, a passport with a validity of at least 6 months from your arrival date is essential.
